  • The carpet in my rental property got destroyed by a past tenant and I needed it replaced for an incoming tenant ASAP. I live out of state and I only had a small window of time to figure it out. I called Tom and Expert Flooring Solutions and they went above and beyond to get the job done and done right. They were straight forward with their pricing and their customer service was awesome. Of course I ran out of time and had to leave LV. This had nothing to do with EFS as they were ready to move all of my furniture out, rip out the old carpet, install the new carpet, and return my furniture back into place within the allotted time. But even with me not physically there, Tom took it upon himself to work with my new tenant to make it happen. I was able to communicate with Tom over the phone through the whole process. He was very courteous and didn't even talk about payment until I got the pictures and feed back from my new tenant. My tenant sent the pictures and said he loved the new carpet. He said its amazing how it made him feel comfortable and more at home. Its good to know that I found a fair and honest business. 5 stars for Expert Flooring Solutions!
