  • First I have to say that I really like the cakes. My favorite flavors are chocolate chocolate chip and blueberry (which they have discontinued) not sure why.. it was one of the best ones! But this review is based on my most recent experience to the Sahara location. I went to purchase mini bundts for my family who was visiting from out of town. I got there at 5:45pm on a Saturday. They close at 6pm. I ordered my cakes and the cashier starts bagging them up, so I start to wander around the store just looking at the merchandise while I'm waiting. An employee comes out from the back room looks at me and says in an annoyed tone, "What is she waiting for?" The cashier hands me my bag and thanks me for coming in but the annoyed employee says, "we're closed". I just felt that the customer service needs some improvement. I was clearly there before they closed and I ordered items that just simply needed to be bagged up. It should have been an easy-peasy transaction but I left there feeling like a burden instead of an appreciated customer. =(
