  • Worst experience ever. I've They charged me a full amount at the time of booking for a rental car through Hotwire. They failed to tell their third party companies they're contracted with that if you're a local Nevada resident you need to provide full coverage even if I purchased their insurance. No where in the contract or terms and conditions was that mentioned. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and lazy. I couldn't deal with her attitude anymore so I went next counter over to Payless Rental Car and got an upgraded vehicle from the one I originally booked with Advantage for half the price. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. Horrible and misleading
