  • Just in case you haven't read it already - this place is HUGE. They have something for everyone here and if they don't have what you're looking for, well they have an online store to make up for it! Customer service here can be a hit & miss. Sometimes employees will constantly ask to assist, but not be knowledgeable in the merchandise. Other times their line of a million cash registers will have one person working them while several others behind the line avoid eye contact with customers. On a brighter note, I first came here for my Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. The reviews for what I bought on Amazon were on the negative side, but they were priced at $20 each. When I came to Fry's, they had it on the shelf for $30 each. It wasn't a problem at all - an employee let me know they did price matching so that's exactly what we did. A year later, I'm still using the same keyboard & mouse.
