rev:text	My husband and I came here for our 1 year anniversary. I made reservations a month in advance and was only able to secure a 4:30 pm reservation, so I knew this was THE spot to come for dinner! We came dressed to the nines and hungry! The 4:30 reservation line was out the door but we were seated rather quickly. The seating inside was terrible. We sat across from each other at arm's length and way too close to the party next to us. The music was so loud we had to shout to hear each other. That was OK, we were just excited for the food. Our server was cheery and gave us the iPad and menus, followed by the meat cart. We ordered sparkling water (mistake $$$), two cocktails ($$$), and crab cakes (1 crab cake) to start. My husband ordered a medium rare steak entrée with a glass of red wine and I ordered salmon. After the food came out, I immediately cut into the middle of my salmon to begin eating and it was lukewarm and bright pink RARE and Squishy! The lights were turned down low so I thought I was seeing things and tried to eat around the outside where it was cooked more. My husband saw the same thing I did so he called the waiter over. The waiter took my plate to the managers who brushed it off. The waiter came back and said they'd take it off the bill. No apologies, no 'Oh wow, sorry about that', nothing. Management didn't come over. They acted like they didn't care at all. The steak was very pricey but great. The service of the waiter was mid-grade at best when he realized he may not get as big a tip as he would have. Still tipped the 20% but left very disappointed. Live and learn.
