  • Buyer beware this is a bait and switch company. Quote one price and bill you a different one. Go into the store to return equipment and they cannot close your account as the company will continue to bill you even though you returned their equipment. The store gives you a number to call but all you get is the office is closed. Emailing the company is no better. You get a nice response but every email ignored my billing practices questions. I sent them copies of my order and amount agreed upon and they said promotions are given later. The icing on the cake was when the tech told me not to watch tv while using internet as that slows it down. Zero stars
