There are plenty of places in Charlotte that have either challenging parking lots or can be difficult to get into. This particular location has both. I do not know if it was a mandate from the city, but because of the entrance of this location, it can be a real bear to get into the parking lot if you are headed in the wrong direction due to a cement barrier that attempts to make sure only those from one direction are allowed entry.
Attempts? Yes, attempts. There are people headed in the wrong direction who have decided that they need their fix and go for it anyway, and that just makes life difficult for everyone, but such is the world we live in.
Should you get inside, the actual restaurant is not bad, it is merely your mood due to having to navigate the entryway to the parking lot, and the relatively small lot itself - which is not really bad, just undersized.
