  • I just had an incredibly terrible experience trying to get an Uber ride from the Las Vegas airport to the Palazzo hotel and casino. Over the course of 45 minutes I ordered three separate times for a ride. None of the three drivers ever showed up! All three rides were cancelled by either Uber and/or the drivers. When I contacted Uber the "fourth" time, the fare was more than doubled, so I did not request that ride out of disgust! Here's the kicker. I received two $5.15 charges for "their" cancellations, as the drivers never arrived! Uber will now give me credits for those two erroneous charges to be applied to my next ride. "If" I ever ride with them again!
