  • Very unimpressed. Showed up, no one said a word to me. Finally a woman walked up and pointed to a chair. She clipped the crap out of my cuticles, making me bleed, and then proceeded to buff the living hell out of my nails and cut up my skin with the edge of the buffing block thing. I picked a color and she brought over a completely different color. I asked to look again, chose a different color and the color she brought out was once again the wrong color. Just decided to go with that color because I no longer cared at that point. Finished up my gel nails, took a look and saw that nail polish was smeared all over my skin. She then rubbed in some lotion on my hands and arms and during this time she pulled so hard on my fingers that they were cracking. This was the worst mani experience I've ever had. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
