  • The Roasting Company is hella dope! I just got four sides of veggies and it really made a complete meal. It tasted like home-cooked food like grandma would make, if my grandma were Southern, that is. I got the squash casserole, the cheesy grits, the collards, and the green beans, and then because of a mixup I got the apples for free, those things are so good. The only thing I didn't really care for were the green beans, they seemed like they were from a can and I'm not a big fan of canned food. The prices were awesome- my plate came with a really good little cornbread muffin and was just over $5. If I lived in the area I would eat here often for sure. It also had a homey ambience. The customer service was great. The people working there are super friendly and sweet. Roasting company hit the spot when I was craving something healthy Southern style food with a lot of vegetables, and I was very glad that the veggies didn't have any meat added to them!
