I really like this place!!
The fitness "instructors" are very nice and laid back and also kinda funny! The place is small but adequate!
There are a variety of different "types" of women that go there but I've never seen any obsessive gym buffs or muscle heads... And to me that's great, I don't want to feel like a whale next to Susie Super Fit!
They offer a variety of classes 6 days a week! Usually 3 classes a day. Kettlebell is my favorite! I also do HIIT, RIPPED and a core/toning class. I'd definitely recommend taking fitness classes here!!!!!
