  • I went in to buy a truck at Earnhardt's, and the salesman told me I had certain equipment on it and was told I paid for. When looking at the description of the truck, it said it comes with an alarm. I took it in for service recently and was told I didn't have an alarm on it or the protection plan for the paint, even though the salesman said I purchased it. I was also told I had folding mirrors, but when I got home, I realized I didn't have them. When purchasing a car or truck here, make sure you get the equipment you asked for, especially if they say your vehicle comes with it. Look at the description of the car, and take that with you. I spoke to Jeff regarding these problems, and he was so condescending and quite rude. Avoid this dealership at all costs.
