  • Call this office 6 times with no answer processed to contact customer service to see if there is an alternate number. Spoke with three different people. First persona said they would transfer me to another agent. Second person stated they would transfer me to corporate to log a formal complaint about no one answering. Third person Aleda is how I understood her name. Stated there is no voicemail to leave for this location, and this location is a "one man operation so they maybe to busy to answer the phone". To me that is horrible customer service I logged the complaint and was given a reference number for it about this location not answering the phone to help customers with their reservations. The fast you call customer service and get those kidna of results is horrid and makes for an unacceptable experience. I do thank Aleda for the reference number yet there was no follow up information provided in regards to it. So I would not recommend this location. also The final rep stated the office was closed which she found out was false since it was only 315pm PST and online as well as on the website it state the office is open until 530pm PST and she repeated that is was closed yet in PST is was not even close to closing time. Yet she stated in her systme the office was listed as closed yet I had a reservation for 4pm PST which it was was not. I appreciate great customer service and this was not it. Thank you for saving me money so I no longer plan to be a customer with this company since this is the experience that I know expect.
