  • Do not waste your time or money on this unprofessional company! I purchased a living social deal and called to make an appointment three weeks ago. I requested they come prior to today, as today is my move out date. Kathy said today was her earliest appointment. I did not receive a confirmation call. I gave them a call yesterday in the morning to see if it was possible to change my appointment time, but if that was not possible I requested they call back to confirm the appointment already scheduled. When I did not hear back from anyone, I left another message towards the end of the day. I have not received a callback and they have not shown up. The scheduled appointment was over 2 hours ago. I have called several times today getting no answer or callback. I called Living Social and they were not able to reach the company either. Then I came here to see all these other reviews with the same experiences! I am now left scrambling to come up with an alternative and I am out of time. I stressed to Kathy that today is my move out date and this is just inconsiderate. If they couldn't make it, a professional company would have made a courtesy call. Don't use!!! I hope Living Social will not allow this company to post deals any longer.
