| - The worst rental company to deal with. Poor customer service with lack of efficiency. First off, THEY GAVE ME A RENTAL WITH EXPIRED REGISTRATION. What an unorganized system.
Second off, I guarantee you it will take you an HOUR before you can even get a rental. Why? They literally have ONE person running the whole thing- desk, phones, car handling, etc. All of that should be separated by different people so the process can move quickly, but efficiency fails on their part. I was at the counter getting helped, but everytime someone called the phone, he had to stop helping me to help the other customer. Then when it was time to get the car, he had to run to the back, get the keys, then drive it out. He didn't even do a walk though! None of them do a walkthrough with the car with you as they claim. Probably because they have to rush back to the counter with the customers waiting on him. They gave me a crappy car with burned holes on the seat and the registration was expired. What a joke. Do yourself a favor and rent a car from Enterprise
