  • Totally butchered my dog after telling us they had very competent groomers. My groomer was out sick, so we trusted the owner that the others were good. All 3 dogs were terrible but one was completely butchered. My groomer asked me to bring her back so she could fix her, and when I arrived they told me they were much too busy and turned me away. As a business owner myself I was appalled. They lost an account who brings 7 dogs an a regular basis and I always tipped 20-30% per dog. Apparently they don't need the business. Stay away from this groomer if you want professional work and to actually be treated like a valuable customer.
