  • So pleased Jeff's honesty and professionalism. I had him come out to do an estimate; when he learned that I was the original owner of my home with Milgard windows, he volunteered the information that my repairs should be covered by Milgard's warranty. Not only did he let me know, he also took the time to measure my windows and write down all of the necessary information that I would need when requesting service. He went out of his way to be helpful although there was no monetary advantage for him. Whenever I have windows that are not under warranty, I'll definitely be calling Jeff.
