  • Hotel 32 is an incredible hotel. I had a suite for my birthday. As they say you do get the call 3 days in advance sadly I didn't get it due to a phone issue but I did get and email from Joel letting me know that he tried to reach me. I called the phone number provided and got my limo pick up set up and my reservations set. When I arrived late to the airport my limo driver was waiting for me and I was whisked away to the hotel. I was greeted by the bellhop and took me and my luggage to the 32nd floor . I was greeted by Ricky and shown my room. My suite was way bigger than my room at home. The shower in my suite was bigger than the one at my house! The next morning (my birthday) I got to meet the most awesome Joel, the second I opened my door he turns my way and wishes me a happy birthday. Later on I received a phone call to my room from Joel to let me know I have a delivery and it was champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and a card! Every suite assistant is just a delight to talk to and very helpful as well. Kimberley provided me with a plastic bag for the show I was going to see, and Joel giving me a huge menu book to give to my mom. If you're a female traveling alone, this is the hotel for you. It's safe, the key card entry in the elevator is great, and there's someone to talk to at the front desk. The lounge is a must the mini breakfast is wonderful and it's great for grabbing a soda or water to take with you when you want to go sight seeing. The night I got home (ah I'm just going to call it home) from the wicked spoon, I opened the door to find a bouquet of roses waiting for me (another B-day gift). I was speechless when I saw them.Joel is such a delight to talk to, he just has the most awesome stories to share. When you get a chance talk to Joel, he's there on the weekdays from ?-3pm. So when you have the money or if you can get a discount go to hotel 32 you won't be disappointed.
