For several years Symbius was my CPAP supplier, but unfortunately Pacific Pulmonary (Symbius) has bought them out. I received my first order from them, late, and the order was incorrect. They sent me several extra nose cushions that were not needed, (and I'm sure billed my insurance for), and my headgear was missing an elastic strap to hold it on my head, rendering it useless. The first customer service person argued with me that my insurance company would only pay for the elastic strap every six months. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that she would turn it over to a manager and someone would call me. So far I am NOT happy with this company and will probably get my supplies elsewhere. It's sad this company had to buy out the CPAP portion of Symbius/CPAP.
