  • The park is incredible. You can read every other review on the site and know that you're going to have an amazing time. But... The food. My suggestion is to pack a cooler full of delicious, fresh, and low-cost picnic goodies. The food in the park is how the park truly makes its money. That and games...just like a movie theatre. It's extremely overpriced, and if you're looking for healthy options, there are a couple of Subway kiosks around the park. That's about it. Other than that, it's almost like carnival food. Greasy, overcooked, and lacking taste. Went to the Chicken Shack today, and was disappointed that a place that serves nothing but chicken wouldn't have a grilled chicken option. I ended up with the Crispy Chicken Wrap. It was $11.49 and consisted of a tortilla, iceberg lettuce, tomato, a couple squirts of thousand island dressing, and what I guess were three crispy chicken tenders. It was chicken, in the sense that it probably originated from some part of a chickenat one time. In the food sense of the word, it's debatable that the dried piece of jerky, covered in bread, and deep fried until it resembles a shrunken head, could be called "chicken" on the menu. I once ate a hot dog from the hot dog place to the rear of the mountain and almost cracked my tooth on a piece of metal lodged inside the wiener. That was several years ago, but it's fine now that I have a new crown that is chip and crack resistant. Like I said, you're better off packing a lunch. Otherwise be prepared to shill out at least $50 for a family of four on what barely passes as food. Enjoy your day! The park is amazing!!!
