UPDATED 4/21/16: I received a call back from Rob (Owner) of Bike Blast and he sounded sincere in his apology for the issues and experience I had with his business. He left a lengthy voicemail and was very polite and apologetic. He also expedited the refund to PayPal. Based on that I am upgrading the review from 1 to 2 stars. I would give more, but it was still not a great experience. That being said, if I am back in Vegas, I will give them another go because I know shit happens. Thanks for the call Rob.

Disappointed. I scheduled a mountain bike ride 5 days in advance and paid in full using PayPal. I received an email stating my money was received, but never received an email or phone call to confirm pickup time, bike information, etc.
Two days prior to the scheduled ride day, I emailed them to inquire on details, etc. I was emailed back and told that they did not have the minimum number of reservations to confirm my reservation and asked if i would schedule a different time. I emailed them that I could not change times and would like to cancel since I needed to make plans to do something else that morning.
I did not receive a response and decided to call the next day to confirm that the reservation was cancelled and my money refunded. I spoke to Adam and told him the series of events and that I had requested a cancellation and had received no response. I asked him to confirm cancellation and asked how long it took to refund PayPal and he advised it usually took 5 days.
That was almost two weeks ago and i have never received a refund or any kind of feedback. A couple of days ago I sent them an email through PayPal to dispute the charge, and have received no feedback on that. It looks like I will probably not receive any money back for something that was not due to negligence on my part.
