  • Nordstrom's: Our favorite Upscale Department Store in Pittsburgh with or without Saks. Nordstrom's provides a top notch customer service experience in every department from 99% of all associates. Associates are very, very, helpful and kind in the process of serving your needs. They go far out of their way and demonstrate saintly patience in dealing with you as an individual. In this medium size Nordstrom's they have a well displayed, perfectly organized and a fairly good size inventory of high quality merchandise as wells as a large selection of designer merchandise. I would characterize the merchandise pricing to be in the medium, high and very high price range if you are wondering what it will cost to shop here. In store there is also a pretty nice little restaurant with good food and fast service. Eat and shop; shop and eat; shop, eat, and shop, whichever works for you and you can get a glass of wine to help you through you difficult shopping chores. Easily you can shop till you drop or your wallet collapses.
