  • Horrible!! Made an appointment for 4 pedicures for my mom, sister, niece and myself. Asked if that would be OK as it was a Saturday afternoon but we were all on a time crunch (still had 2 hours so plenty of time). When we showed up there were only 2 chairs and no one available to start. My mom and sister sat with cold water for 20 minutes and I just sat there. Finally someone started on my mom, and my niece who is 4 walked by with a bottle of nail polish. She dropped it on accident and the lady literally snatched it out of her hand. It was so rude and unprofessional. All they are worried about is money, I asked why they didn't just tell us they didn't have room and she responded "we are busy..." Awesome. Will never return and will make sure no one I know does either.
