  • One word....Fantastic!!!!! These folks really know their stuff. While I am a power user, when my computer stops working I am at a loss, and this is exactly what happened this weekend. I called Mark on Monday and he was able to fit me in midweek with one of his techs, Paul. Paul showed up at my house and never left until he made sure my computer was fixed and in good working order, and just to make sure my issue hadn't migrated to my wife's computer he checked hers as well. This is one of those very rare instances if I could give more stars I would. They do a great job and I would highly recommend!!!!!
