My son has his Special Needs Prom today, 4/4/18. We came in to Men's Wearhouse on 4/7/18. We did not want a plain blue or white shirt. We found a nice purple shirt/tie but it was not available in his size. The nice saleslady suggested we order online, but we demurred as were not sure it would arrive in a week's time. She said it would be delivered by Thursday, 4/12/18. She suggested a gingham blue shirt with a yellow polka dot bow tie. My son (who has intractable epilepsy) was excited as blue and yellow are his favorite colors. It did not arrive Thursday so my husband called the store. The claim was the package had hole in it ans was empty when it arrived at Fed Ex. ? The salesman said they could order it from the Texas store and it would be over-nighted. We could pick it up this morning (4/14). We arrived at 10:30 a.m. to pick it up except there was no gingham blue shirt and yellow polka dot tie. What awaited us what a plain blue shirt (exactly what we did NOT want) with ugly yellow paisley tie. This was not what we paid for. To be told twice and disappointed twice is ridiculous. The gingham shirt will arrive on Tuesday and we have no need for it.
