I have mixed feelings about this location in particular. At times I've been treated like a true customer with much professionalism and others times I felt like coming in to the store is a big nuisance and a bother. I've referred multiple friends to this store to buy products and they weren't impressed with the service either. I believe it's lack of management. One time I came in with a client at 7:45pm, a young guy mentioned multiple times he is closing. Then I was told to show him how to set up his vape since I had a vape myself. I was very disappointed because it would mean the individual went home 5 minutes past 8pm. I'm not knowledgeable with the type of device my client bought as it is different than mine. I advised my client to watch a YouTube video to put it together. My client was not impressed with my recommendation for this store and the lack of customer service we were provided. This individual was more worried about finishing his shift than helping a customer who just spent $130 without any knowledge of how it works. The only reason I am giving this location an average rating is because a young man named Mitch has gone above and beyond several times I've come to this location for my juice. He's always super helpful, very knowledgeable and paid close attention to my needs. This isn't the first time he truly was enthusiastic to help. So because of his genuine attitude to actually want to be representing 180 vape. Otherwise I'd rate it a one.
