  • We went to a banner urgent care and sent to the ER do to a fever of 104.6 that did not respond to fever meds. We came as we were instructed because of the urgent matter that they said it was. We get to the ER and get completely blow to the side had to wait over an hour and a half to even get in I ask how long until my daughter gets seen I got an i don't know your next and watched people that we here before us go in which is bullshit I'm sorry but I've never seen such lack of empathy. I'm sorry I saw banner on a high pedestool but after today I rather drive to the phx children's hospital and go to place where it's more quicker at attending children. And phx children's hospital is a long drive but after today I rather perfer to drive for an hour then to watch a smug go f*ck yourself smile from employees who get pleasure in telling you I don't know and giggle while your walking away worried when your child will be attended.
