I found a barber for my 9 yr. old a few months ago that we really like. The price is more than we've ever paid but his haircuts are very good and my son seems to like going there. We can make an appointment so that's a plus. Well we went for a haircut and I left pissed off... I had to finish a business call in the car but I told our regular barber, Drew, what I wanted for my son. My son came out to me when he was done and said that the barber asked if the haircut was ok. Well it was not ok with me. We went back inside so he could take it down more and there was already somebody else sitting in the chair. So instead of asking this grown man to get up so he could finish my son's haircut, he proceeds to cut my son's hair while he has him standing up. This is a service that I am paying for and you have my boy standing?!? I had to "ask" for him to sit my son down. Then he put him in a regular chair! I was appalled. I am a paying customer just like that grown man and he needed to ask him to get up so he could finish my son's service in your barber chair. My son is just as important. I tipped him but he did not deserve it at all. Bad customer service.
