Bought a sofa and love seat set on Amazon. They shipped it and provided me a tracking number. A week later I get an email stating that they actually didn't ship it, they found it was broken, and tried getting another one but they were out of stock. They waited an entire week to tell me it was broken, instead of offering me a refund right away. They could have offered me a different model, or one of the 2 other different colors that they had in stock. They don't about their customers. I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but this place is horrible. 5 minutes after they emailed saying they were out of stock, I emailed them back. 3 days later and I still haven't heard back. So I submitted another email via Amazon, just to get a snarky "it's not our fault...you got your money back..." email completely disregarding my questions about why they lied and said they shipped it. About why they refused to offer me a different color. If you want good customer service, you aren't going to find it here.
