  • This company is fantastic - customer service in spades AND experienced tech's! Scott came out when we had an issue with our (large & HEAVY) garage door that was freezing up. Springs needed replacing, not cheap, but Scott gave me a full analysis with forthright opinions (and openly letting me know that any suggestions were JUST that and I could decline any service if I felt I needed to wait). We had planned to repair the springs, and while expensive ($300-400) it was a true safety issue. Scott did the repairs quickly, gave me detailed run-down of all that was done, and then some. I will be using ONLY PDS from here on out! Reliable, trustworthy, and fair pricing with QUICK response! A++!!!
