  • I got my hair cut here and it was a horrible experience. I'm not going to mention her name here but I wasn't pleased with her cut. I asked for a trim and she cut off more than 5 inches, although she told me she'd cut 2. Furthermore, she kept cutting big chunks of my hair randomly. I should have realised then when I saw large amounts of hair falling off as she was cutting my hair wet. I know, if you want to cut into hair and thin it out, you do that with dry hair. Anyway, I dislike my hair now. I still have to get it sorted but as chunks of my hair is missing in random places I have to wait for it to grow back. I was also deceived by the owner who told me that the lady would be a senior stylist and then later on was told that she was not. The manager never returned my call and I called several times but I finally got my money back (unfortunately learned it the hard way, as my hair is ruined). I've attached pictures and you can see that the layer are very chunky and does not flow well at all.
