Based on my experience at many Starbucks - this has been consistently poor for years. Issues include:
1) Standing in line for 20m only to find out they have no whip cream during a Frap promotion.
2) Ordering a tall Cinnamon Dolce Latte and finding 1/2 foam. (I learned from that experience). I did not ask for any foam modification and it was well beyond "normal".
3) Going recently and asking for a lite foam latte - and watching the guy pour without a spoon (to hold back the foam) only to find it being too much foam - not enough to make a big deal out of it but clearly poorly made. Lack of good training? Dunno.
Added to my list of AVOID locations.
