  • We have been married almost two years, and we purchased rings from Shane Co. We fell in love with the place! But, the unthinkable happened when the diamond fell out of my ring!!!!!! We were devastated and were not certain Shane Co would accept responsibility due to the circumstances. The ring appeared damaged, and the prongs were bent. We could not pinpoint what caused the damage or how the diamond broke free. Shane Co did not seem to care as to how it happened, but how they could fix it. The manager, Kristine, brought to our attention that the prongs were not the best fit for our emerald diamond. We were surprised at this oversight, but felt very assured by Kristine's willingness to take care of us. We would have never known that the prongs were wrong had it not been for their honesty and incredible customer service. In the end, we were able to choose a new diamond and get an upgrade at no charge! We feel Kristine and Shane Co went above and beyond our expectations. We are customers for life! We will recommend them to anybody!
