| - I have a 10 m/o Red Lab who has already had emergency surgery to remove a glove from his small intestine (seems he has a special love for eating socks and gloves), and refused to sleep thru the night (among other problem behaviors). I was like a zombie from not sleeping and having to constantly watch his every move...then someone suggested I contact Elissa. I was skeptical at first, because I live 2 hours away in Johnstown, but after my initial consultation I knew she was going to be the help I desperately needed! Because of living so far away, we decided to go with the 2 week board and train program. While it was so hard to send my boy away for 2 weeks, Elissa kept me updated every step of the way. I was always getting pictures and videos and updates on the progress he was making - and he made lots of new doggie friends each day. We spent almost 2 hours with Elissa on the day we picked him up, going over all he learned. I was in TOTAL amazement the whole time - I couldn't believe how well he was listening and obeying commands. But the real proof is in how we were able to seamlessly continue with everything he learned - Elissa provided us with everything we needed to transition back to our home. In addition to correcting his problem behaviors, I am now able to have him off-leash, and he heals on walks like a champ! And, learning the place command was a total bonus!! Everyone around us is amazed in all the positive changes, and I'm no longer a zombie. The Paw and Order Board and Train program was THE BEST $$ I have spent in a long time, and I would give a 10 star rating if possible!!
