  • Travis helped my husband build his own computer, and he was not only helpful and knowledgable but also extremely customer-oriented. I would love to give 5 stars for his great service which reflected in our eyes as the standard of this place, however, on one occasion, when we asked a group of 3 chatter box employees which one of them was a PC expert and could help us with our questions, we got an answer from a very cocky young man, "That'd be me (a PC expert) but I am not a sale person" and he just walked away. OK. You are not a sale person. Then you should have kept your mouth shut and walked way, OR said "That'd be me. How may I help you?" being an employee, representing Fry's Electronics.
