  • Really disappointed. Had my wedding dressed pressed, they told me when they picked it up that the final total would be $155 (which seemed ridiculous to get a few slight wrinkles out already) and put that on the receipt. The day comes for them to drop it off, it's suddenly $179.. wrongly charged us an environmental fee that we had to call to get taken off. Seemed very dishonest. Also asked them to fix a bead on my dress, which I was told that they definitely could do... Dropped it off and the bead was NOT fixed (pretty sure they charged me for it also). And they didn't even bother to tell me they didn't fix it. Very disappointed and will never use this dry cleaning service again, and definitely will not recommend.
