  • The most disappointing facial experience that I've ever gotten. And a rip off. Trisha has given me a less of a warm welcome, so I felt uncomfortable from the first minutes of my appointment there. And when I asked her about the 20% discount first time customer gets for liking the place on FB she got even less friendly. I asked her to go easy on extractions but to still give me a decent cleanse-she spent literally 5 minutes on it randomly going from my forehead to my chin without any systemic approach to it. I asked her to tell me a little bit about the products she was using on my face because I've always enjoyed to listen to that while getting a facial-she gave a short comment on the first thing she put on and that was it. I reminded her about that again later on,her response was "I do not know what she has here", probably meaning her coworker who works there as well. That sounded reassuring and showed a lot of "enthusiasm". The music was very loud so I politely asked her to turn it down a bit, but she said that she could not because then she "would have to go out of the room" to use the controller. Ok...sounds like a legit excuse. Though she could have done it while waiting for 20 minutes for my mask to dry out when she was just sitting there silently...you know the time decent cosmetologists use to massage your back and do some other pleasant extras. But the most outrageous thing happened in the end when she finished 30 minutes earlier (I ordered the 90 minute la totale facial). I came out and asked about that and she answered that this facial normally lasts 75 minutes. I told her that this is not what their website says but she just repeated the same answer. That still did not explain why she only spent 60 minutes on me but yeah...who cares. What an attitude. I might give this place another try because they do use good line of products and the place itself is pretty nice, but I'll make sure to ask for anyone but Trisha.
