  • A month ago I made an appointment to get my nails done for my trip to Europe. I heard they do all sorts of great designs with bling, so I HAD to go! I spent weeks picking out designs on Pinterest and from their IG account. Well this afternoon I got a call saying that my nail tech is canceling my appointment. Excuse me!?! You're going to tell me this less than 24hrs before!? SARAH-the nail tech couldn't even call me herself. She had the receptionist call me to tell me this? The receptionist gave me an attitude as if I was inconveniencing her. Really!? Never have I been so disappointed. I was really looking forward to having adorable nails for my trip. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Have fun at the CAVS parade Sarah, I know that's where you'll be instead of my appointment.
