I was back here recently, and enjoyed a Solstice d' Hiver and some nachos at the bar. While watching the cook prepare his orders, I was thoroughly impressed with the care and precision with which he executed each step in the process. His work area was clean and organized, and all of his motions were clean and efficient.
This probably seems like a weird update, but funny things go through your mind when you are liberated by fine fermented beverages.
