  • A-MAZING!!!!! From start to finish. Cashman Brothers had a deal with our venue, Emerald at Queensridge, and we couldn't be MORE pleased with the experience! Our wedding was Oct 24, 2015. First of all - Kristine, the sales manager, is AMAZING!! Customer service was top rated. One always get nervous at first on making an investment like this - worried a sales person would just sell their product and move on. NOPE. Kristine made recommendations that perfectly fit what we were looking for - even if that meant going down a package! Next - we had booked a different vendor for photography.... I had some super cheap, black friday sale price that I found from a smaller company... horrific customer service, and we ended up forfeiting our deposit and was SAVED by Kristine! Originally I wanted to do a live service with the cashmere brothers but the vendor we booked for photography refused to work with another videographer onsite. I went to Kristine for support, and she gave us a great deal for doing all of our videography with them. We bought the package with the highlight video - DEFINITELY worth it. We just posted our on Facebook, and EVERY single person that watches it, is in awe!! The music is perfectly timed... the transitions are perfect... no cheesey angles or moments - absolutely perfect. LASTLY - Our wedding ending back in October, and here around January, we emailed Kristine for a couple questions of how to work some of the CDs she sent us - and she is MORE then helpful, and SO quickly responsive!! I couldn't ask for better customer service. She's there until the end.... just amazing. The only rough note we had was the live feed wasn't working correctly, but with so much hassle and bussle going on, we did not realize it until it was too late. Kristine definitely made up for it and offered to sent my aunt (who had just had surgery and is there reason we purchased the live feed), a copy of the CD for free to make up for the mistake. Talk about fixing a problem. OH!! AND!! I would say, if you see any bad reviews on yelp, definitely reach out to Kristine to ask her about them. I had read somewhere that people were bitching about Cashman brothers employees not allowing people to take photos at all at their weddings and like "yelling" at people. I asked Kristine and she said no way! If there is a big moment, and if it's at night time, they will ask for no flash from individuals because it messes with the lighting of the PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS YOU ARE PURCHASING!!! And for the person saying they were "yelling" at the guests - come on. The only yelling my camera man did was yelling at some of the guests coming near me while we were taking pre-wedding photos!! Haha, and that was on my request too!! They are 100% here for the bride, and again, I couldn't be more thankful or thrilled with the entire team!
