  • Just had an experience with Roundpoint Mortgage Servicing customer service representatives. They were like night and day. The first one was Amber she was very nonchalant and had an air of this is your problem. Even though I informed her I had a letter from their bank indicating my installment payment had been made she told me to contact my bank and email them a statement from my bank indicating payment had been made. Of course when I asked for a supervisor after a long wait she hung up. I called right back and got the same person Elsa who I spoke with last week. She was helpful, caring, respectful, and professional. Most importantly I feel she went above and beyond the call of duty. Of course I do not have to contact my bank for a check their bank acknowledges they have. Thank you Elsa
