  • I've lived here for 3 years now and i just absolutely love my community. The amenities are resort style quality and they just re-did all the club houses. They put all new gym equipment in one of the gyms now which is awesome. I feel safe here its just me and my 8 year old son and its so quite and peaceful. I never have maintenance issues and whatever ones i did have they resolved it very quickly. Best apartment complex in the Avondale/Goodyear area for sure.
