  • never fly this airline. overbooked our flight then charged us for tickets for another flight 2 days later. we arrived at our gate 30 min before departing (20 min is all thats required). no one was at the gate counter and we were told our flight was closed and we could not board! then we get a text saying departure is delayed another 40 min and we still could not bored. 10 other people were not allowed to board. they charged everyone to get another flight 2 days later. they claimed the flight was closed. no airline closes a gate 30 min before departure. our cousin was on the flight and told us the flight was totally full. so they overvooked the flight and closed the gate. the girl infront of us had been there 40 min early and they wouldnt let her on and she missed her dads funeral. keep in mind we were at the gate and could see the plane and it was 30 min before departure. we were at the airport 2 hours early and an hour early is all thats suggested. then i try calling alligiant and am on hold for an hour and 3 min and get disconnected. i call back and the same thing. call again and its says they arent accepting calls at this time. tried 4 times and never got through. im on hold again as i type this and still no answer and its beem 45 min.i will never fly this airline again.
