  • Decided to stay here because we are Hilton Honors members and the kids were headed nearby to family. First, we have a standing request as far away from the Elevator as possible, room was right next door. Then on the first night I notice my eyes are dry burning and watering constantly. Ok maybe just tired.. day two same problem. The folks in the room next to us had a raging party that first night as well and their trash was left out all day the next day. Then when towels were replaced we only were given 1 wash cloth, and 2 large bath towels. The room wasn't dusted and there was a heavy layer on most. Toiletries weren't replenished. And we ran out of toilet paper.. Housekeeping needs to be retrained
