  • Worse experience buying a car. This place literally broke ever rule in the book. The sales people are unethical. First they call me multiple times a week even after the fact that I was on the no contact list which was confirmed by two people they were even shocked that I was called. But anyways after so many calls I decide to go ahead and check out what they had. Big mistake. I let them know what budget I was look at for payment they went and had me test drive cars in my budget susposely when I finally found a car I wanted it wasnt in that budget. Then I had my trade in they said they couldn't take and gave me this b.s. idea of leasing my car for uber and so on and of course me thinking they could be trusted fell for it. All of it was b.s. and now I'm stuck with two car payments. When I went in to see if they help fix the problem no one knew who help me with my car deal so they coudlnt get more information to help me susposely. This was after the fact that I called two days and I was hung up on ignored they pretty much ghost me. So okay I leave accepting my conquences for trusting unethical heartless sales managers. I get home and see that they did a credit check day before I even talk to someone about coming in. Big no no that's definitely against the fair credit reporting act. I hadn't given any permission to have my credit ran at that time. All I'm saying is don't go here this sale men are so desperate to sale a car that they will not care about there customer at all (even though they act like there doing what is best for you) and will in fact go to level of taking advantage of someone's situation.
