  • I love National! These guys were great. I'm always traveling and want to get in and out. They are there to greet me, tell me to grab any car, and I'm on my way. There was a Chrysler 300 mixed in and he just said "oops, you're good to go" (with a smile). Just the ease of use and the pleasing customer service (not Cleveland so much) makes renting with them worth it. And they're not Hertz lol. Go Emerald!
