  • Worst Pandora experience ever. The lady who served me was rude, unfriendly, an incompetent. I believed her name was Irene as it showed on the receipt. I received a ring as a gift but the size did not fit me. On the same day of purchase, I went to the store and kindly asked for an exchange of size. The lady did not greet me, answer my questions, or give me proper eye contact . She was impatient even though the store was not busy. I kindly asked her for my size, but she didn't even look at me or say a word. The whole experience was awful. The only sentence I could remember from her was "come here", when she finally took my receipt and processed the exchange at the counter. It was discourteous, unprofessional and incompetent. If it was not a good day for this lady, I feel sorry for her but I would highly suggest her to take a day off instead of ruining the image of Pandora. Pandora offers elegant items that I love very much, but the service at STC location truly turned me away. As I have made several purchases at this location, I have decided not going back for future purchase.
