  • Talk about a crappy leasing company with the worst policies....the economy is bad and I am in a commission based job. I wasn't able to pay rent in the 1st. I knew I'd be a week late waiting on a paycheck. I expected some type of late fee. What I didn't expect was a 50 dollar attorneys fee, a 50 dollar concession chargeback, and a 20 dollar PER DAY late charge! Now my rent with the special they had going on at the lease signing is 681 per month. If you add up all of the fees I'm paying just under a half months rent for being a week late on rent. Whatever you do, do not make the mistake of moving into this property. Stay far far away. I promise you this property management company will screw you one way or another. All they care about is money and apparently they want all of mine. My lease is up in 4 months and I will be moving out for sure. Sincerely, one VERY dissatisfied resident
