  • Customer service makes or breaks any business. I received a warm welcome. No pushiness... everything was very friendly. A few interruptions in my service as other staff had questions or needed assistance, but helpful interjections from other staff as well. My only previous pawn experience was television's Pawn Stars show. I'm glad it opened the door to a new adventure. I purchased a diamond pendant of good quality for an even better price. They had a nice selection of common jewelry pieces and a few pieces of better quality and design. Their jewelry prices were exceptionally lower than retail. I look forward to future visits. Thank you to the staff for kindness and helpfulness exhibited to a first timer. For a moment, I felt like part of the Liberty Pawn family. What more can you ask
