To make a long story short since we have had many issues with Cars2go and their in house finance Dynasty. RUN RUN RUN. Erika is by far the worst person and unproffesional woman I have ever dealt with in my entire life. We put so much money into our "new to us cars" every month and have replaced almost the whole cars. She had told us if we can't afford our cars we shouldn't have bought them. wrote a review the first week we bought the first lemon we bought from them. They had told us they wouldn't let us leave their dealership or do anything for us unless we took the review down. The first car they traded us out of they refuse to take out off of our credit. They will not answer emails about it. My husband doesn't have a heater in his car. They took the core out in Feb and have dicked us around ever since. I have been driving on a bad timing belt since March when I bought my car giving these guys the benefit of the doubt. Now they are telling me that the guy in service who promised to make Right isn't in service anymore and they don't want to eat the cost of a timing belt. We owe over 10k on each of our cars. They are old and falling apart. We pay these guys 800$ plus a month and they don't stick to their word nor do they care about making right. They don't report to credit companies like they promise ypou when you by. They will lie to you to get you to sign your life away and put you in bad spots. We've almost lost our jobs from bring late so much due to these cars breaking down so much. Go somewhere where they treat you well. Do your research. Just because you're in a tough spot with credit doesn't mean you have to settle. We learned our lesson. We're encouraging others to do the same and file a complaint with the attorney general and Bbb. This way the issues at hand can be brought to light and hard working people stop getting taken advantage of. I am speaking with them to get the issues we have had our to light. It's not fair how they treat their customers and screw hard working people in rough spots even more. They would like more people to reach out about issues as well.
